Rebecca Scholl is the Vice President of Digital Innovation at Genpact, a global professional services firm that transforms business and drives digital-led innovation and digitally- enabled intelligent operations for their clients. She is a marketing and strategy executive with 20 years of experience in the IT Services industry.
Previously, Ms. Scholl was the senior vice president and Client Managing Director for Xerox Business Services. In 2007, she was promoted to vice president to lead the company’s global strategy development, corporate marketing, operational marketing and branding initiatives. In 2009 she was promoted to senior vice president as she continued to lead the corporate marketing and communications function. After the acquisition of ACS by Xerox, she was promoted to Chief of Staff to the CEO in 2011 and to Client Managing Director in 2012.
She was widely published having written numerous reports on the emerging BPO market, including: The Rise of BPO: HR BPO – Time to Deliver on Your Promise; BPO Verticalization and Globalization Accelerate.
Scholl earned a MBA from Community of European Management Schools, a Masters in Management from Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Paris, France, and a Masters in International Economic Relations from the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, France.
